I did the dime earlier. These guys are in the SAME SLAB! 2009 proof set, 4 case set. Best I could get on Kennedys neck. Jeffersons eyelid is broken too.
I agree but with an exception. Having done so many 2009 Lincolns I have found it necessary to use 30X to do stages. Those little pinprick markers are sometimes impossible to see without this.
Is it a joke that his bank account gets larger from these? and @tommyc03 enjoys doing it. What is the harm.
What is the harm in someone expressing an opinion critical of it? I think they're a joke, too. That's obviously a minority view, but are minorities not entitled to have views now? Really, @Heater, cool out. Tommy can take it. He's not going to retire to any safe zone for it. Maybe you are. Did it occur to you maybe he's not as insecure as you? Evidently it didn't.
Nahhh, I'm good with it all. In fact, I just sold 8 rolls of 10 rolls of WDDR-046 to an Ebayer. The same box yielded 7 rolls of WDDR-035. And an additional 500 die crack and chip laden coins all of which are going up for sale. I am in great shape for my initial $99.00 investment on this one box of 2,500 coins. A new box I just started on is giving me WDDR-034, so far about 10 to a roll and only into it maybe 5 rolls and I'm having fun doing it. @Heater
Yeah i agree with you tommy. If i have a bag of cents, i'll pull out all the 2009 lincolns and thosE are the only ones i lope.
I'll have to admit, I have not done a lot of the staging yet, just tried it with the easier ones to find. Staging these coins in really not necessary unless you are looking to see the progress of the deterioration of the die. It's more for educational purposes and really adds no value to the coin. It's only real value could be the strength of the doubling from beginning to end. As the die continues to wear the doubling effect can wear also. I've seen some of the DDR-046 with nothing but a shadow towards the end of the die life.
Yet a few can also be seen with the naked eye and are undeniably significant for what/whatever they are.
I've been here since 2006. He's been here since 2009. You've been here since 2017. I know him better than you, he's not offended?
