Has anyone seen or know of an 86p Lincoln DDR. Doubling on the left side of memorial, united states, one cent, as well as left two columns, and the left side of the right four columns. Is this for real? I could use some expertise. Thank You.

There are a few listed Doubled Die for a 1986 cent, but all are for the obverse. I agree with @Dave363 in that this looks like MD. It looks like die bounce, hitting the areas again causing the flat spots.
Understandably so, but just try and think of the fact you've learned something and are the better for it. As somewhat of a consolation you've one of the better usernames here.
Unfortunately, no... it's doesn't. Notice how the secondary isn't the same size as the primary? Aside from everything else mentioned, this too helps confirm strike doubling.
