I wish the feedback system had never been changed. You could see both sides of things. Back when I was selling, it was good to see how many negs a buyer had. Any system will have problems but it was better than what we have today. As Mike said, you had a lot of information to dig into. It was not something to trust all the way but it was better than nothing.
Seconded. I've been on eBay long enough to remember when feedback wasn't even transaction-related -- any user could leave feedback for any other user, positive, neutral or negative. A joke auction I posted that "went viral" before "viral" was a thing took my feedback rating from 30-something to 70-something. (It also got me my only neutral.) Each policy -- no-holds-barred, transaction-restricted symmetric, and sellers-can-leave-only-positive -- was subject to abuse. But I like the current scheme least of all.
Well Ken just wanted you to know that I paid the toll on the Key bridge for you! So heading home thorough Bmore should be a breeze...blowing about 35 mph.
