new massachusetts state quarter error?

i found a massachusetts state quarter with what seems to be a second impression in it. anyone seen anything like this. can anyone tell me its worth?

Looks like raised clad layer. This happens when a Clad Coin receives heat damage.
It's a bubble underneath the clad.. Not a second impression and not a Mint Error.

 

It's easier to tell if a coin has an error, if it is in good condition.
Once it has circulated, it's hard to tell an error from damage.

 

does it increase the value
or is this post mint damage

Neither.. It took a hit on the edge.

 

Dented=damaged (PMD) not an error.

 

My first impression is that your second impression doesn't impress me to too much!
