VF-cleaned? If not cleaned I agree with $10.

VDB looks strange.

 

I thought that too, the "." Between d and b looks to be centered instead of to the left.. I'm probably just overthinking it tho. Nice coin and lots of history to go with it!

 

I think the VDB is OK. Slightly off center and the B is crunchy.

 

Cleaned and looks like a chip in the top of the B in LIBERTY. These VDBs are worth keeping.

 

VF, if the photos are a true representation, maybe cleaned. I suspect it will pass.

I received mine in a pile left to me by my Father in-law..when I find it again I will send a photo..Truth is I have only bought 8 coins in my lifetime and they were silver dollars..a friend was up against the wall and need some cash..I gave him 200 dollars for the coins. Probably paid far too much for them, but he needed the money and I had a few bucks...will send photos of the coins when I have time....The friend now is very well off and lives on a ranch up the road from me...he is a nice guy with a fine wife and four horses and two dogs....just nice people.
