1C - 2017 P - Designer of Union Shield

I purchased one of these NGC special label series slabs.
It is a Lyndall Bass Authentic Hand-Signed American Flag Label.
She is the designer of the Union Shield.

Why do they grade it gem uncirculated

 

It's generic. You'll find other types in such holders as well.

Very nice Paddy but why didn't it get a numerical grade? At least she autographed it and you got her photo to boot. Any idea how many are packaged like this?

I only bought this because I saw him pitch many time at the now gone "Veterans Stadium"

 

I did get this when PCGS did there members only show in Philadelphia last summer.
