i just love the last line... "this was an isolated incident"!!! i would say that is crap!

Hey, He could have it framed and sell it on Ebay. Call it a Wachovia Mint error, get it graded by SGS as a "70"

 

Hmmmm, I would have that bank employee that was using the "enter" button to scroll through to the data entry positions put in front of the bank in a stock and let him throw things (a semi load of his choice) at him or her, or let him go and FIRE them and give his acct back with all the free services he needed as long as he kept his acct there.

That is tooo funny - I can say that as it is not my account! I wouldn't put it past our bank though to make the same type of mistake and then be arrogant about it. Just have to love large banks!

I could put it next to my letter from American Express with a check representing my share of a class action settlement.
The check was for 43 cents.
