Just found this 64 nickle with full steps. That mark under the E Pluribus is not on the coin I don't know why it looks like that in the picture. Thanks I'm thinking about sending to get graded if its worth it.

It looks like a proof coin hiding under the haze. I have seen them misaligned. And if a proof, it should have full steps anyways. I really don't have a clue as to the grade but it is impaired as a proof.

If this is a proof, proof coins are not designated full steps.
    Only MS-60 to MS-70.

I generally don't see 1964 coins like this in circulation.
    If it's a proof, I might go PR-66.
That haze on the reverse is a concern, I don't know what that is and it
    could go PR-Details.

I know of a couple of coin shops who give out proof coins as change. Yes a lot of them are worth face value.

It wasn't in circulation. I found it in their Jefferson nickles folder. I carefully picked the ones that had full steps and wasn't marked as proof . I hope I didn't pay too much for the wrong coin.

Don't ever trust a seller (unless one known to you) to properly label their wares.

Possibly it was added to the folder just to fill the folder out without regards to it being a business strike or proof.
