  7. Believe both sides on these banknote with the same plate number one consider extreme rare and fetch high value from my personal opinion but not expert normal citizen that is living in foreign country there

    These are $2's, which are printed in small quantities--I don't think the plate numbers on 1995 $2's even got up to 20. So the 1/1 combination isn't as unusual as it might be on another denomination.

    Jensenbay...I never met a Dog I did not love.
    My dogs name is Bud Wilson love him just as I did all of the other dogs I have owned or who have owned me. When I learn how to place a photo in the mood area I will post his photo, he loves to ride on the back of our ATV.
