I am not always comfortable calling the later coins to mint and/or which Philip. I see this as Philip I from Rome
    ro1010bb0576.jpg
and below is what I call a Philip I from the East. While beardless, I can't see the boy here. Perhaps it is a generic Philip. Do you have a link to a Philip II from Rome? I have not seen a Rome mint elephant for Philip II (unless yours is one???). Sellers differ on some of these calls.

Thanks everyone! I am really partial to coins that have as their theme, "animals". Anytime, I see a high quality example with fish/ birds/ mammals/ reptiles, I do my best to win them. Add insult to injury, I even have a 1976 AV 100 Kina from Papua/ New Guinea with a "Birdwind Butterfly" Sallent would cringe:inpain: I am still looking for a mint state "hippo" AR Denarius:(
PS: Ancient Coin Hunter....I think its the photo, your looks pristine quality:happy: Nice example Doug/ Mine is from the Antioch Mint in Syria, I have not seen a Rome Mint example.

I have seen a few examples that were perfect, but got outbid.Empress Severa's AR "Hippo" Denarius even though very common, are super tough to find in Mintstate. I think Tkalec had a FDC example once.

Is there one? Perhaps an antoninianus of Otacilia Severa would do. They come high grade (just not in my collection). Finding one that is fine style and mint state may take you a while.
