2oo4 Jackson $20 bill

    Found a $20 bill that looks just like a seal is stamped on the back but when I take a picture it turns blue but when I look at it regular with my eyes in a loop it's green any answers I have no idea thanks for your help

    Try a different camera. You see all those little yellow "20's"? They're in a pattern that some software recognizes as currency, and the software may skew the colors because of it.

    That's not the seal. Tellers stamp or other post BEP inkmark.
    $20 same as in town.
