    Hey Folks,

I'm looking for a reliable cent/penny sorter that will sort out cents by weight, to help me sort out copper from zinc Lincolns. I would prefer one that allows me to dump a bunch into the machine and walk away. If you know of any, please post a link! If you have ideas for a good do it yourself, I'm all ears (okay, eyes).

    Thank you! :)

That Ryedale is nothing more than a hopper which feeds into a sorter which is identical in function to the one I have and bought on EBay for around $10. I have to admit though that the hopper is a really nice addition.

Yes, I hopper makes it so you don’t have to sit and feed. A great addition, but not quite in my desired price range.

I always thought a vibratory sorting table would work. ...probably a little over-kill and expensive, but then you have a vibratory sorting table. Think of all the piles of stuff you could sort with a tool like that!
Your wife says, "oh no, I dropped my ring in the garden."
You say, "no problem, I'll just use the vibratory sorting machine to sort the back yard."
(I'm pretty sure if I had unlimited resources I would own a machine shop)

Won't be anyone here. NO one else has 195,000 pennies to sort.
