I would recommend books about coins you need or want to learn about. The Whitman "guide book" series is pretty good. If you have other series you want to know about, we can be more specific. I don't see a grading guide in your list. You might want to pick up Whitman's ANA Grading Standards book.
I first posted Traditional Money on Yap & Palau by C. Opitz and then saw you want US books. So, Whitman Encyclopedia of Colonial and Early American Coins.
I collect as many coin books that I can, especially the ones that I use for research. Here is my personal coin book list. I just picked up The Official American Numismatic Association Grading Standards for U.S. Coins 7th Edition. Haven't had a chance to go through it yet, but was wondering what you folks thought of it. It's the first grading book I have and I like that it's in color. I also have the PCGS app for grading and I do like it.
It, together with the PCGS photograde app should take you far in grading circulated coins. The photo quality is more consistent on PCGS photograde. For uncirculated coins, you'll need to look at a lot of coins in hand. There's not much of a substitute in print for doing that. A couple nice things about the book is that for popularly collected uncirculated coins, there are maps of the prime and secondary focal areas shown. Things in the prime focal areas influence the grade the most. Also, the AU pictures are annotated with where the high points of the design that show rub first are.
