I don't know what your experience is with grading services but I feel they are all good in their own specialty.

If I have some coins under $150 in value and want to get an opinion and slab done, I'll tend to go to ANACS since the cost of grading is pretty cheap in ratio to coin value.

PCGS and NGC: I won't even bother sending a coin in unless it's over $150+ since the grading fee and shipping is way too expensive. IMO, I feel PCGS does a great job with Peace dollars but would prefer NGC for Morgans.

    I have always used ANACS.
No clubs to join with extra fees.

None of them actually have extra fees. PCGS you save money on your first submission when you get the 8 voucher membership and NGC you get an even credit with the 150 membership.

ANACS has actually attributed many of my large cents without charging extra.

Doesn't NGC charge $8 per submission type?

Yea they do. I meant extra fees for being a memeber since they both have options where you either save money from joining or get your entire fee back.

A fee is a fee, regardless of the reason. Unless it's a tax, then it's a fee that only the government can impose so that you can't deduct it on your taxes.

PCGS and NGC are roughly equal. I buy and submit coins to either. Both do quite well. I do not think any of the other services are accurate enough for submission, except for ANACS for attribution. They will also grade a Daniel Carr issue.

My most recent NGC submission was an entire 2017 Special Enhanced Uncirculated Set with ANA show First Day slabs. It chewed up my whole credit for my membership renewal, plus a little.

I'm prepping a "Modern" submission for dropping off in Dallas/Irving.

Is something getting released there or just ones you’ve been waiting to submit?

Just a backlog of stuff assembled since the Denver show. Most of them MS67 or MS68 S-mint ATB quarters.
