cud on 1960?

i am curious on poeples opinions of this 1960 D lincoln cent. it appears to have a cud inside the 9.

Not a CUD but a Die Chip
A CUD is a Die Break that forms near the edge of the Die and forms a raised area on the edge of the Planchet that is struck.

 

Die chip not a cud IMO
