Worthless. They were attached to a bracelet at some point so they are damaged. They also look plated.
They're either plated or cast replicas of Philippine 20-centavos pieces. The details are too squishy and indistinct. However, if there are real coins under whatever that plating is (as I suspect is the case), you've got maybe a buck and a half of silver in each of them at least, so they're not totally worthless.
