1974 Washington die gouge?

    Just found this pretty 1974 Washington in change. First for being 44 years old it's pretty well preserved so I got to l got looking at it under a loop and seen what I believe a die gouge on the far left of the the left wing.     The left wing is on the right side. I can't tell what that mark is on the eagle's right wing.
