It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Yes, but perhaps the bigger question is how much top of $20 are you expecting?

Much would depend upon the venue. How are you hoping to sell it? To a dealer, eBay, or...?

1922 is the most common Peace at over 50 million minted.
UNCLEANED AU is maybe $30. I don't see $40 for this. $20-$25 max.

Sadly, the fact the coin resides in plastic will likely help it achieve a higher price than if sold as a raw problem. While I'm not familiar with said app, it wouldn't be surprising to find someone willing to pay $40 if you're willing to wait and put in the effort necessary to find them.

Is the coin "worth" it? Probably not, and certainly not to me, but all that matters is what a potential buyer thinks. The fact it's in plastic should also allow even the uninitiated the ability to make an educated decision, so you might as well list and see what happens.

It's the most common date of all Peace Dollars. I have 3 sets of Peace Dollars and with this being cleaned it has no interest for me. I only paid $45.00 a few years ago for a PCGS MS-64 White. Be happy if you get $25.00 for it.
