1902 Indian cent clipped planchet?

    Found this 1902 today, is this damage done after the mint, or is this a clipped planchet error done at the mint? 1902obverfull.jpg 1902fullrev.jpg 1902sidecrop.jpg 1902long2crop.jpg

    Post mint damage . . . coin looks like it was squeezed in a vise.

    Looks like a PMD vice job. The reason I say that is due to the presence of a rim and denticles. Coin was fully struck, then squished.
