Yes as you are finding out with your CRH DDD is very common, you will find alot of them.

Check your find here. The 96 Lincoln has two DDO's.
Yours seems to have DDD, but, the date somewhat follows the DDO-001, Check it for all the die markers, it must match the one in the photos.http://varietyvista.com/01b LC Doubled Dies Vol 2/DDO 1996.htm

 

I don't think so. There is significant difference in the height of the doubling on the illustration. DDD .
