    i know the odds are minuscule at best. The current (4) known examples are not being made clear to me and the one verified coin is not distinguished clearly in my opinion. So while I’m sure not gonna hold any presumptive ideas about what the coin here will end up being determined for grade. I can not believe that I should totally rule out the possibility of a doubled for this because it is not a easy thing to determine from what I’ve gathered so far. Thanks everyone in advance so I am happy to come aboard and excited to have some opinions to read :)

    Welcome to CT. All I see is a very well circulated coin, IMO the doubling you are seeing is DDD ( die deterioration doubling) IMO.

    Thanks for your help and message. It’s crazy how much the Philly Doubled-DO I looked at is very much like the rest to the amateur and UN-trained such as myself.
