Not a doubled die. Millions of coins show all kinds of minor doubling that isn't worth anything. Ejection or machine or mechanical doubling. Die deterioration doubling. Doubled dies after 1990 (did they change the hub process in 1989 to cut down/ stop the doubled dies?) is very rare.
This was my 1995 "P" that I found, ddo. It's pretty clear when you see it. It's also pretty exciting to find if it's your first ddo.
The 95-d ddo is doubled mainly in igwt and the date. Found one a few months back. Still need to send to pcgs, still a pretty low pop coin.
