Can't tell anything, from pic , Except I have a crimp in my neck now!

 

The only thing I can see is Mr. Jefferson is lying on his side.

 

My eyes are bad but you are look at mr Jefferson but i said its on the left side of the building. But i found the answer on another post. So thanks anyway
