1958 D woodie penny value?

I've had this in my collection for a while, I just need to know how much money I could get for it. Its in a good shape

This is a very common coin and worth 3 or 4 cents.

 

Beautiful obverse! It's worth what someone is willing to pay. On ebay it could go for 10 cents to ten dollars. Who knows. Noce coin!!!

 

I should have mentioned that this is what a dealer would pay you. Otherwise, I agree with the 10 cents comment.

 

With something like this all depends on the buyer. Find someone who just has to have it and you may get a few bucks, but generally speaking it's not something that's going to bring any sort of worthwhile premium from a majority of collectors.

That said, not every perfectly fine and collectible coin needs or should be viewed in terms of how much one could sell it for. That type of approach, unfortunately, cheapens the experience. It's a nice looking coin though.

 

I would pay 3¢ all day long and on a good day might go 4¢.

 

Enough to buy 1 taco and be happy with it!

There are too many of these. There's your problem. It's a pretty one, but there are just too many.

 

My daughter would cuz she would do that for me cuz we LOVE coins. Walk thru the door and show to me. Love my kids

That’s a nice one and I would put it in my collection but I like no value errors. If I saw that at a show I’d give up to 25 cents for a nice one like that.
