OK I will give it a shot
About $2.08 in silver... In the condition it is found in (if it is real) maybe $8.00 - $10.00 collectors value

This coin was in about extremely fine condition when it was lost.
It is now obviously damaged and scratched. Difficult to say if this is due to some oxidation due to lengthy burial, or to harsh cleaning after recovery. It now has only bullion value, maybe just a slight premium
Your cousin is right: these 20 kreuzer pieces of the Austro-Hungarian emperor are quite common.

Heh, he might get it soon as he is quite into it right now ;)
@paddyman98 @Eduard thanks for your replies.
The cousin didnt say if he found it like that or he damaged it while cleaning, so I cant say, though as he wanders through cultivated soil I guess some of chemicals that are sprayed and thrown on the crops could react with silver as well?

What about grading? Is it damaged below any grade? Details are there though scrathes are all over it as well...

Like I said, it has the details of an extremely fine coin. However, with all the damage it can roughly be estimated at only good 4 value (bullion).
