1964d penny with a large crease on left side

    Welcome to CT. It appears to be PMD (post mint damage) IMO also in the future it would help if you would crop all background out and select full image when you post.

    That cent has had a hard life.
    Some people collect coins that have seen better days.

    Just damage.. No extra value, just 1 Cent

    And.. That is a 1944 Cent.. not a 1964. It's a Wheat back which were minted until 1958. A 1964 would show a Lincoln Memorial Building. I really don't see a D mint mark so it was Minted at the Philadelphia Mint. They didn't use a P mint mark until last year, First time ever they used it.
