Here's the info that I found on the 2nd Note:

A note issued in 1932 by the Guomindang (Kuomintang) in the Province of Xinjiang (old spelling: Sinkiang). The date is expressed as the Guomindang’s 21st year. The value of the note is 5 TAELS. The tael was abolished in 1935, after which the yuan was used as the unit of currency in China. On the reverse, a range of mountains is portrayed. The two-colour printing varies in tone between the obverse and the reverse. The blue is dark on the reverse side but pale and greenish on the obverse side, and different inks may thus possibly have been used for the two sides.
