So this coin was part of a GTG HERE Starts PCGS MS62 NGC UNC DETAILS CLEANED PCGS MS63 CAC approved Let’s hear it.... who got it right and who got it wrong?
There's not really right and wrong with grading as they all have different standards, but PCGS and CAC agreeing means NGC is the one left off the dance floor on this one
Agreed with pcgs. But why in God’s name did you ever crack it out of the green label holder. I would have sent it to cac in that and hope for a gold bean. Even green it’s still a winner
They all blow it. I had a dime once that I later learned the whole history. Was an old ngc 65 was cracked. Came in at ms details reverse cleaned. Then I bought it cheap. Later got looking close said what cleaning cracked and sent again back at ms 65 and I made $1k on it. I didn’t agree with either grade. I thought high end 63 low 64. But was so covered in thick toning in many areas tough one to call
Gold beans are anything but a guarantee. He typically only gives them out when a coin is 2 grades higher.
I just got crushed at NGC with a couple crackouts. I haven't played the crack out game much because it's too expensive but I'm officially retired from it almost altogether after these last results with maybe some rare exceptions.
