Large Cent 1819

This coin seems to be the small Date variety. Do you agree with VF20?
What's about the color? Original?
What's the possible price range for this coin?

The fields seem to clean compared to all of the nooks and crannies of the lettering and wreath. I would say it saw a cleaning at some point. It is still a nice looking coin though and probably in the V.F. range. Coin World currently has this at $85.00 in V.F. 20. Not sure about small or large date as I'm not an expert on this series. If the large date, around $100.00. Wait for some others to chime in.

 

I grade it F12, and I would add it does seem to have had a minor wipe or cleaning at some point.

 

This coin is definitely the small date variety and IMHO looks more like VF15 which lists at $90.

 

F-15 color is not original.
I'm only at $25 on this.

 

I hit the "V" by accident I meant F15 and I went with that over VF20 because of the color

Oh, I think there is, unless you've been off after the deadline. I don't know what that deadline is, but I'm pretty sure I've edited after logging off. Try it. Next post, log off, then wait 15 minutes or so and log on. You'll see, I think you can still edit.
