Looks to perfect to be a mint error but I'm not a coin expert.. any one that can give me a better opinion and maybe a possible value on it if it' the real deal.. thanks

Looks like someone was scuffing it between the bottom of their shoe and the sidewalk.

 

1/2 cent. 1/2 is ground off. not a mint error

 

As stated above not mint error PMD (post mint damage) welcome to CT.
