Reverse side error?

Hi can some one please let me know if this is a misaligned die error? The ring is on the words

    Hi the ring of this coin seam to have disappeared into the words and the reappeared on the other side. I can only find people talking about obverse side die error. Thanks

    Welcome to CT I agree with paddyman98 but it might help in the future to crop out all background, and select full image when you post also show pic of both sides of coin. IMO
