    Read the part where I said "ANACS might do it."

    Also, Try to assimilate the phrase TOP TPG's of which, ANACS is not considered one.

    Why?

    Simple. They do not offer a monetary guarantee on either their grades or their designations.

    This does not mean that they are a "bad" grading company, it simply means that their slabs do not have the marketability of PCGS or NGC.
