Hi everyone, I have been wanting one of these since seeing one posted here. I finally got one.:) Really neat design I think. I can't seem to pin down the attribution though. Wild winds has similar types listed, but the horses legs look different. Closest I can come is Ric# VIII 37. Anyone know the Attribution? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to post your Divus would enjoy seeing them. constantine commemorativ-tile.jpg

Yes, Antioch 37 is right, the horses legs make no difference on the attribution.

Beautiful coin! It's funny, what this hobby does: immediately when I opened this thread, Radio City Music Hall popped into my mind. The reverse reminded me of the Rockettes (seriously) & the obverse reminded me of the Madonna & Christmas pageant - we used to go every year when we were kids (1950's, 60's).:happy::happy:

    Thanks for posting!

I'm glad you're enjoying that coin @old49er. It's a nice example. In mine, God seems to be reaching out to the late Emperor using a snow shovel.

Constantinople mint. When I bought it I did not realize the big selling point is the emperor taking the hand of God. On mine it is not recognizable...

Yeah, this one would make the LRB greatest hits list wouldn't it? Cool new ancient coin @old49er !

I have this veiled emperor version from an uncleaned lot I got when I first started collecting ancients. Not a great coin, but it does have a full obverse legend, which is pretty cool.
