No, I don't. I think if you submitted it, it would come back as maybe a 53 if you're unlucky, but more likely 55. You have to remember, the Lincolns from this era were poorly struck in an attempt to lengthen the life of the dies, and that led to a lack of details. This may look like wear... but it isn't. There ain't no way this coin comes back as a 45.
No, someone else did though. I agree with the above, I think it'll likely see a 55. I even went and looked at the 21-S in XF45 on eBay and there's no way it's a 45. If it came back a 45 it wouldn't be worth the price of submission anywhere.
More like just how inaccurate guess the grade threads are guessing from a single set of pictures. If they overgraded them you're about the only one getting overgraded coins back from them right now
