This looks like a nearly completely separated mintmark. That's really cool!

 

Very nice. What's the mark on the reverse at 6 o'clock?

 

Thats the mark holding this coin back from a couple point higher grade.

 

That's a shame. It almost looks like a cut so I was surprised to see a 65 on it. Otherwise it's a beautiful coin.
