    It looks great to me too. I suspect the patina is a bit more green then the brown, but that's always difficult to capture. Some coins are so easy, others a pain! Nice job!

    I think @dougsmit (who amongst other things is also a coin photography demigod :D) has mentioned on more than one occasion the virtue of buying coins that photograph well. I’m not sure if he was entirely serious, but it’s a tempting suggestion!

    I believe him! I have some great coins in hand that just don't photograph well, particularly Flavian Ephesian denarii
