More Confused About My Non-posting Image

Nope, reduced the size by 50% (that's linear; 75% by area and megabyte size).
Remaining confused.

Nope.
I don't even know what Tapatalk is!

 

I'm going to have to collect some image with my camera.
If they can be posted then it's some sort of problem with my scanner even though they are .jpg
It'll take a while for me to do that testing since I just go the Win10 compatible downloading software from Nikon.
Haven't installed it yet.

 

I'm using XP and haven't been able to post images for quite sometime now ..

The problem occurred to me while I was doing something else.
I knew about it but it had been so long since I had to deal with it that I'd forgotten.

FYI a file name for an image cannot contain a blank, at least not in here.
So George Washington in a file name won't work.
But George-Washington or George_Washington will.
