    A complete and worn Medieval Venetian silver soldino of Doge Michael (Michele) Steno (1400-1413).

    Obverse: +MIChE[ ]; Doge standing left, holding banner, star above '?' (mintmark) in right field.

    Reverse: +S.MARCVS.VENETI.; Winged and nimbate Lion of St. Mark holding book of Gospels, within circle. _DSC6653.JPG _DSC6652.JPG
