Worth Keeping? (RADAR note from pocket change)

got this as change the other day. Is it worth hanging onto. I generally only collect coins so I’m not too familiar with stuff like this.

Only keep it if you want a nice example of a book end note. Worth face value. The first 5 & 6 need to change places or the last two digits need to read 65.
