Australian 1966 2c coin with no initials

    I found this coin and have been told there aren't many 1966 coins with no initials. Not 100% but i think it was minted in Perth. Just want to get a second opinion and some info. Cheers! IMG_0248[1].JPG IMG_0246[1].JPG IMG_0250[1].JPG

  3. Those pics are kind of grainy, so variety attribution is tough.
    It looks like a blunt first digit, so Perth would be correct. The Perth coins are the common one though, 217 million mined. Melbourne is the scarcer one for that year, with 66 million minted.

    The no initial variety is 1967, so one year off from your coin.
