    Good morin j69 it would help if you could give more of a description in what you're seeing.
    Also it would help showing both sides of coin, base on the pic you have provided it appear to be PMD.

    From my point of view the pics are blurry or my eyes aren't open yet. LOL JMO

    Looks like a really bad replated steel Cent.

    As stated before you need to give a description what you're looking at the 43 looks like a normal circulated. Plated Cent.

    Well the new pic you are showing is a pic of the obverse, and you are asking about the reverse.
    Base on the pics from your first post I will say PMD.

    has anyone seen counter marks on any 43 cents
    like a lion symbol ,is this possible

    I really don't see any lion anywhere.

    A countermark is when a metal stamp with a number, letter or image is used to stamp on and into any coin. Usually incused. Anything is possible but that would be considered damage.
