Since it is the holidays I thought I'd post a coin representing Thanksgiving. Since the coin didn't have a turkey I added one, but the darn things wouldn't stand still long enough for me to take a clear picture. Any comments on the coin or the turkeys are well come.

If turkeys are hiding out in Massachusetts, they sure aren't living in the greater Boston area. Did see quite a few up in Maine, though.

    Are there turkeys in Florida??

Yep, we have turkeys here in Florida. But I took the picture last month when I was in Pennsylvania.

Aren't most of the turkeys in Iowa looking for votes?

That Commem is my favorite! William Bradford is one of my ancestors. I have three of them.
There are wild turkeys in the greater Boston area. Each year I see a few of them north of the city mostly between route 128 and I-495.

Ha, that just shows how far out of the city I tend to venture. Anything outside of the Rt. 128/I-95 loop I consider "No Man's Land," which one needs to cross in order to get to Portland, Portsmouth, or the Cape, hehe.
