    Hey ya’ll,

Been trying to get better at grading Lincoln’s. I’d put this coin at fine, possibly very fine but the ‘fine’ category seems to be rather broad.

Anyone with more experience care to weigh in on this coin?

    What say you?

I feel it is every bit of Fine. I feel at least VF BN and pushing XF.

First the disclaimer, I'm a rank rookie at this. I put it somewhere between a VF20 - VF25.

VF30. Nice strike and even color. The wheat ears are nearly full with little wear.

    That’s super helpful. Thank you.

Since I was in the right territory, I’ll give another coin a shot. This next coin seems uncirculated to me. Or at least AU. AU 60-65?

Tried my best with the pics!

It's UNC. Probably MS63 red or red brown. Grade depends on the luster and lack of chatter and strike. The strike will hold this one back from a higher grade. See how "muddy" it looks?
