As I assume you know, the 1964s are 90% and those dated 1965-69 (along with 70-D) are 40%. The mentioned accented hair is a proof variety. There are many known varieties for early Kennedy halves, so if this is what you're interested in, I would respectfully suggest you invest some time into familiarizing yourself with the different types and how to properly identify them. If you find something interesting or with potential, then post it individually. I did take a look at a couple of the posted obverse photos, but noticed nothing noteworthy. There's simply too many thumbnail photos to easily go through each and every one.
