1955 Ddo?

    No, not the big one, (don't I wish :D) but is this possibly some type of DDO? Or is it a post mint? Seems a little unusual. All help will be appreciated. Thanks! Here are the pics:

    Cool, thanks guys! Might I add the initials under Lincolns coat are missing too? Thought I hear something on that being an error for this year. Any sort of value for this cent? Thanks for the help!

    i thought they put the intials on the front in'59

    Nope, if I remember right it was 1918 they did.

    yep, its another error. this website has a list of errors, and the 1955 no VDB is on there. i guess you have a double error! :thumb:
