Can anyone help me with this - even if to point me in the direction of the right country?
Obverse: Shield in quarters with a Lion Rampant facing left in each quadrant. I can make very little of the lettering except an R.
Reverse: Small cross in the centre - unfamiliar design - surrounded by irregular shapes, possibly leaves. Letters I can see possibly: NORDA??GVARN:S+
    Any suggestions welcome!

On Numista, what I find it to be is:

ND (1364-1383) Luxembourg - Esterlin with Lions - Wenceslaus I

Just searched "Cross Lions" on Numista, and I looked for that relatively Unique Cross... was on the 5th Page I looked at! Sometimes you just have to pic a little detail and look for it! Glad I could help!

Just been corrected again on another site. Now appears it is Louvains mint and a little earlier. (Also less scarce!)
See: Brabant Esterlin, Louvain for more detail.
