1953 nickel error?

    This one is a weirdie. Bought it for $2 awhile back, it is an UNC 1953 nickel. Could someone explain to me what those lines over Monticello are? Error or post mint? Thanks ahead of time!

    If the lines are raised, and it appears they are in the pic, then it is an error. Cause ? Possible die gouges or excessive polishing. Also possible die break.

    Yes, they are raised. Taht's what drew my attention to it. So it's one of those three? :D Thanks for help so far!
