That line says that when selling one, you should expect melt. In most cases, that's what you'll get.

I'll turn your comment around and you tell me, where can I sell them at a premium? Because eBay will charge fees, so the likelihood of breaking even with melt is the likely outcome.

Post them here... there is shipping and insurance. There's not enough premium to absorb the extra costs in pretty much any venue that you suggest.

There is a doubled die in the 1964 and 1964-D halves that are not rare, but bring a bit of a premium. So some are worth over melt.

 

There is also an accented hair variety. This coin is neither of those.
