Wth is wrong with this 1988 p dime??

New to coins but beginning to love it, this dime has me intrigued... is it human doing or mint?? There is a swirl kinda looks like a 9 under the L in liberty, the question mark swirl in the back of hair, the united E and D are either scraped thru or misprinted the rim is smashed in I dont know can you guys give incite please?

Your dime looks like it had a rough life. As @paddyman98 said, this is all damage from circulation after it left the mint. These damaged areas are not mint errors. Keep up the search.

Maybe you can tell me what its called i came across a quarter that is way thicker then other quarters looks like the metals where not combined to make the rim rippets at end of minting

 

Also damaged. Sometimes they are spooned to make rings. Look it up on youtube -
