I've been submitting tokens along with coins on the same invoice this whole time with no issue (at least 3 separate times in 2017!). But after checking my online submission status and talking with the NGC rep she told me it was simply an oversight (every time...) and now you must submit them on their own invoices! Maybe it was because of a huge 5 oz medal sticking out like a sore thumb that I submitted... anyway, that means an additional handling fee. Though, I'm not sure that they care too much if it's just one or two small tokens along with coins - it won't hurt to continue submitting them on the same form to save on another handling fee and paperwork. Just a heads up!
